Erica is passionate about helping individuals of all ages have the communicative success they were designed to have. Being able to put a smile on a person's face after they attempt and achieve a new skill is priceless. Seeing the sense of accomplishment and increase in confidence within a person of any age warms her heart and gives her immense satisfaction.

It is a great joy for Erica to help provide peace and comfort to parents, in the midst of what may be a tough time, by helping them know they are doing their best for their child. Parents trust that she will provide excellent services for their child(ren).
Erica received her Bachelor's of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. She received her Master's of Science (M.S.) degree in Speech Pathology from The Pennsylvania State University in State College, PA. Currently she offers school-based services (support in the academic environment) and virtual home-based services (convenient and natural environment). She has experience working in specialized preschool clinics (individual sessions), elementary and middle schools (group sessions), the rehabilitation hospital setting, and private in-home settings.
Her areas of strength include working with people of all ages in fluency, language (expressive, receptive pragmatics (social skills)), voice, and articulation/phonology (e.g., apraxia). She also provides services for accent modification and public speaking enhancement!
